No membership, no gatekeeping — book a tee time on the official website, or just pay the range entry and hit a ₹110 bucket of balls. Closed Wednesdays.

What we knowEverything on file, and what the sources disagreed about
Qutab Golf Course in Lado Sarai, run by the Delhi Development Authority, is usually described as India's first public golf course: a full 18-hole pay-and-play layout with a double-decker, 28-bay floodlit driving range and an indoor simulator room. Green fees effective 1 June 2025 are published on the official booking site (₹1,100 for 9 holes on a weekday for Indian players, up to ₹3,960 for a weekend 18; carts and caddies extra), and a 50-ball bucket on the driving range is a flat ₹110 for everyone, with non-members also paying a ₹165 range entry fee (₹330 for foreigners/NRIs). Simulator charges are not published. Sources disagree on the PIN code (110030 in a DDA FAQ document vs 110017 on the DDA web page); 110030 is the better fit for the Lado Sarai locality. Coaching prices circulating on outside blogs should be treated with caution.
How a first-timer actually gets on: no membership is needed — the DDA page describes the course as pay-and-play and the booking site sells tee times directly ("real-time tee time availability"), with a "Booking Issues" line on +91-9311303001 (also WhatsApp). For the driving range there is no booking step at all in the published process: a non-member pays the ₹165 range entry and ₹110 per 50-ball bucket on site. Two practical caveats from the DDA page: Wednesday is the closed day (its monthly scheme covers "all weekdays except Wednesday"), and a rolling monthly pay-and-play scheme exists at ₹25,960/month incl. GST. Neither DDA nor the booking site publishes daily opening hours; TripAdvisor's listing shows 9:00 AM–6:30 PM but that is undated, unofficial information — confirm by phone. On TripAdvisor the course rates 3.9 of 5 across 20 reviews (latest February 2026); reviewers repeatedly bring up rising prices and mixed course conditions, alongside appreciation that genuine pay-and-play access exists at all.
