Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort

Tarudhan Valley is a 65-acre gated golf community on the Panchgaon–Mohammadpur road beyond Manesar, built by Silverglades around a 9-hole Graham Cooke course (par 34, about 2,470 yards, opened 2007) with a driving range and short-game practice areas, and a Lemon Tree hotel on the property. On access, no owner-published source gives any route onto the course for a non-member. The developer's own current page says flatly that "the golf course is exclusively for property owners", and Lemon Tree — which operates the hotel standing on the property — publishes no green fee, no stay-and-play package and no golf privilege for its guests anywhere, including in its own property fact sheet, which lists the 9-hole course as an amenity but is silent on who may play it. Haryana Tourism lists the course as a place of interest but says nothing about public access. GolfPass classifies it "Private/Resort" rather than open to the public. The one genuine conflict is a marketing one: Lemon Tree sells the property under headings like "Golf Resort in Manesar" while publishing no way for a guest to actually tee off; that conflict is unresolved, and the developer's own statement is the better guide. Note also that the only sign the course is operating is the developer's page being live and describing it in the present tense — there is no dated 2025 or 2026 evidence of golf activity here, and the site's "© 2026" footer is a site-wide template stamp that proves nothing. Address caution: the 122002 PIN circulating online belongs to the developer's Sushant Lok sales office, not the course; the hotel operator's fact sheet gives 122105, Village Dadu, Tehsil Tauru.
