Samudrika Golf Course (Army, Gopalpur)

A 9-hole Indian Army golf course at Gopalpur on Odisha's Ganjam coast, home of the Army Air Defence establishment, listed in the golfpass database under the army's "Ecological Park & Training Area" naming as "Samudrika". The listing gives 5,752 yards playing to par 72 (i.e., nine greens played twice) with a putting green and basic rental, but no phone, no operator detail and no dates; the only other traces found are undated directory shells (Hole19, golfify), and golfpass's amenity list here is identical to the one it prints for Paradip Golf Club, so treat it cautiously. Existence is corroborated by the Comptroller and Auditor General: Report No. 35 of 2010 lists 62.50 acres of Army golf-course defence land at Gopalpur as of August 2009. That fixes existence in 2009, not today — nothing dated confirms current operation. As with all army courses, access terms are not published and play is effectively limited to service personnel and their guests.
