As for real-world existence: the operation is a registered company, Anija Golf and Country Resort Pvt Ltd, listed as a bookable hotel on booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip and TripAdvisor. As for the golf itself: the resort's own domain, anijagolfresort.com, now serves only a hosting-account-suspended notice, its Facebook page is login-walled, and no dated public evidence about the course exists — the OTA pages are outside hotel listings, and booking.com's "updated prices 2025" title is an automatic year stamp, not evidence.
