What we knowEverything on file, and what the sources disagreed about
The evidence here is thin, and it is worth saying so plainly. Every source that could be found is a golf-app or directory listing — Hole19, GolfPass, 4moles, Justdial, Foursquare, mScorecard, golffrontier, mobitee, 18Birdies — none of them published by the club or the Air Force, and none carrying a date. The same course is indexed under two names: "Hindon Air Force GC" on Hole19 and "Hindan Sports Complex Golf Course" on GolfPass (which gives the address as Airforce Station Hindan, Ghaziabad 201004); Justdial lists it as "Hindan Sports Complex And Golf Course". The listings agree on 18 holes and par 72 but disagree materially on length — 6,159 yards off the blue tees against 6,741 — and neither figure has a stronger claim than the other, so the disagreement stands. GolfPass dates construction to 1980. The 201004 PIN appears in both listings but comes only from directories, so treat it with caution. Nothing dated 2025 or later exists, and no page from the club itself could be found, so the course's current operating status is unknown. That is a statement about the paper trail, not a doubt about the course existing: a large 18-hole course at a station of Hindon's size is entirely plausible — there is simply no dated or officially published proof of it.
No page for this course exists on Indian Air Force or other government websites, and no press release, station page or joining-instruction document mentioning it was found; searches for a dated 2025/2026 signal — IAF tournaments, Air Force Day 2025 coverage at Hindan, Hindi-language Ghaziabad news, reporting on the civil-terminal expansion — all came back empty. The course does not appear in the CAG's 2010 audit of golf courses on defence land, but that is not evidence against it: that audit covers Army courses and cantonments, with no Air Force station course listed anywhere in it, so it can neither support nor refute this one. Nothing on the open web is likely to settle whether the course is currently operating; a ground visit or a service contact is the obvious remaining route.
