Jodhpur Golf Estate
No playable golf course is evidenced here. Jodhpur Golf Estate is a luxury villa township by Unique Builders near Jhalamand Circle on Jodhpur's southern edge, advertised verbatim as "Introducing Rajasthan's First Ever Villa Township With Exclusive Golf Course" and "Rajasthan's Only Villa Township With A 9 Hole Golf Course", the layout credited to Golf Design India. The township itself is real: RERA-registered phases (RAJ/P/2017/478, RAJ/P/2018/853, RAJ/P/2017/507), construction photographs captioned 04-Jun-2021 on the developer's site, and promotional videos on the builder's Facebook page. The golf course is a different matter. Every golf claim traces to the developer's own marketing, written in the present tense but filed by the same page under "ongoing" — under construction. The project page has not been touched since 10 January 2022. Decisively, Golf Design India — the very firm credited with the design — lists "Jodhpur Golf Estate, Jodhpur" under UPCOMING PROJECTS on its own live site, on a page that separately enumerates its completed 18-hole, 9-hole and driving-range works; this project appears on none of those. No resident review, photograph, scorecard, tee-time listing or outside account of anyone playing golf here has surfaced at any date. The honest reading of the public evidence is that the course is announced and marketed, not built — though nothing suggests the scheme was abandoned either. Should any course ever open, the developer's framing implies it would be a villa-owners' amenity rather than a pay-and-play facility — though no access policy is stated at all, so even that is an inference.
