Rambagh Golf Club
Rambagh Golf Club has sat beside Jaipur's Rambagh Palace since 1944 — the city's oldest course, a tree-lined par 70 where the PGTI played its Jaipur Open in December 2025. It runs membership-first but visitors consistently get on with green-fee play, caddies and carts; book on the club's own online tee-time site (rambaghgolfclubjaipur.com) or phone ahead.

What we knowEverything on file, and what the sources disagreed about
Rambagh Golf Club, established in 1944 next to the Rambagh Palace in central Jaipur, is the city's oldest and best-documented course: 18 holes, par 70, about 6,300 yards from the championship tees, with a driving range, pitching and putting areas. The Professional Golf Tour of India played its Jaipur Open here from 2 to 5 December 2025, and its published scorecard (par 70, 6,280 yards) settles a long-running disagreement with a travel site that lists the course as par 72. It runs primarily on membership but sources consistently describe green-fee play for visitors, so it is treated here as pay-and-play. The prices given here (₹1,800/₹3,000 green fees for Indian/foreign players, plus cart, caddy and bag fees) come from an outside sports directory last updated in June 2024; the club itself publishes no fee table that could be found, so the figures date from that page and should not be treated as current. Anyone phoning ahead should expect them to have moved. One caution for anyone searching online: the club's old domain rambaghgolfclub.com has been hijacked and now redirects to an Indonesian gambling site; the club's real website, with online tee booking, is rambaghgolfclubjaipur.com.
The club's own booking site could not be reached, so the current official tariff is unknown; the June-2024 figures from outside write-ups above are the best available — treat them as indicative only. The coaching question stays open (one golf directory says teaching pro, another says none), though an undated listing places a "Rishiraj Golf Academy" on Golf Club Road at Rambagh with published lesson fees, which leans toward some coaching being available without settling whether the club itself provides it. On golfshake the club carries a 3.8 rating from a single review — too thin to weigh.
