The Golf Lounge
The Golf Lounge bills itself as India's first gamified golf driving range: air-cooled bays with ball-tracking technology, indoor simulators with course play and multiplayer games, and a bar-restaurant, open 2 pm to 11 pm on Bicholi Hapsi Road in east Indore. It advertises complimentary coaching and hourly bay rates from ₹500 with no membership barrier — call the published number to confirm current hours and rates before going.

What we knowEverything on file, and what the sources disagreed about
The Golf Lounge on Bicholi Hapsi Road in east Indore bills itself as "India's first gamified golf driving range": air-cooled outdoor bays with ball-tracking range technology (an "Inrange Golf" section on the site suggests that platform), indoor golf simulators with course play and multiplayer games, plus a bar-restaurant, memberships and event hosting. The official site is live and lists hours of 2 PM–11 PM, a phone number and email, and (on its reservation page) GST-inclusive hourly rates for bays and simulators — but no bay or simulator counts.
Whether the lounge is still operating cannot be confirmed. Its website is live but stale — "Copyright 2021" on every page, not one piece of dated content since, "Book Now" buttons that are dead links, and a dining app showing the menu last updated five years ago. Nothing dated could be found to settle it: the Play Store link resolves to nothing, a similarly named Apple app belongs to an unrelated US company, and every directory listing found (District, Swiggy, Nicelocal, Justdial) is undated. The place quite plausibly still trades — District currently shows it as a live business that "opens at 2:00 PM" — so this is uncertainty for want of evidence, not evidence of closure. One detail worth noting: District lists +91-7880003385, one digit off the site's +91-7880003384, likely a second line.
A second look in August 2026 for a citable 2025-or-later signal came up empty — no press coverage in English or Hindi, both social handles walled, the Swiggy Dineout listing showing only an undated live open/closed widget (which, for what it's worth, says the kitchen opens at 12 PM against the site's 2 PM), and the Mappls listing login-walled and undated. Whether the lounge is currently operating therefore remains an open question. Mappls also prints PIN 452016 against the owner site's 452001 — a discrepancy to add to the phone-number one above. The ₹500+/hr rates should be treated with caution: they sit on a site that shows no sign of maintenance since 2021.
