Unitech Golf & Country Club

UGCC is a 9-hole, par-35 course (about 3,136 yards) designed by Phil Ryan of Pacific Coast Design and opened in 2011 inside Unitech's stalled golf-township development spanning Sectors 96–98 on the Noida Expressway. The physical course is well attested — the designer's portfolio, golf directories, an eBird birding hotspot at "Unitech Golf Course, Sector 97", and a clubhouse that rents out for weddings — but its current operating state is genuinely unclear: Unitech Ltd has spent years in a Supreme Court-supervised resolution, and not a single dateable 2025-or-later signal for the golf operation could be found, so nothing confirms it is open today. Data quality around it is poor: 4moles describes an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr course, which contradicts both GolfPass and the actual designer's own site and looks like template junk, and 4moles' contact numbers are the directory's own concierge line. No pricing is given here: 4moles has quoted ₹1,500/₹2,000 green fees, but it states no effective date and no publication date of any kind, and the developer's own page — the sole owner-published source, and an abandoned one stamped 2014 — publishes no fees at all. An undated price is worse than no price.
