Army Mountain View Eco Park Bengdubi

GolfPass lists nine facilities for the course — golf carts, pull carts, golf clubs, driving range, teaching pro, putting green, walking allowed, restaurant and locker rooms. Unlike some sparse military-course listings, which all carry an identical three-item default set, this list appears specific to the course: two neighbouring army courses on the same directory carry different lists again. Even so, these are directory ticks rather than statements from the club itself, so club rental and coaching should be treated as unknown until confirmed.

The phone number in directory listings belongs to a school. GolfPass gives "+91 (0) 353 248-0238", but Army Public School Bengdubi publishes that exact number as its own main line on the school's live site: "0353-2480238,2480547,2480297". It is a Bengdubi station exchange number attached to a different institution, so it cannot be relied on as the golf course's contact.

Existence is independently corroborated by the Comptroller and Auditor General: Annexure- IV of CAG Report No. 35 of 2010 lists "64 | Bengdubi | 14.00" acres among 97 Army golf courses on defence land as of August 2009. That fixes existence, not current status. It also sits awkwardly with the 18-hole figure — 14 acres is a small footprint for eighteen holes — so treat the hole count as an open disagreement between sources rather than settled.

No official page, review or dated mention of the course itself could be found, so whether it currently operates is unknown. Searches of Indian Army, government and Trishakti Corps pages, Bengali-language local press, and the English Wikipedia article on Bengdubi — which mentions no golf course or eco park at all — turned up nothing about golf here. A June 2025 local report of an NCC event at Bengdubi Military Station shows the station is active, but it says nothing about the golf course. Access terms for army courses are not published; the public generally play only as guests of service members.

Army Golf Club Kalimpong, roughly 60 km away, is a separate course at a different army station — the two appear in the same directories but share no contact details, prices or other particulars.
