CIAL Golf & Country Club

18 HOLES · PAR 72RANGEACADEMY

CIAL Golf & Country Club is run by Cochin International Airport Limited on airport land two kilometres from the terminal — repeatedly described as the only 18-hole course in Kerala, stretching 7,430 yards from the tips. It is genuinely pay-and-play, and cheap for what it is: ₹1,770 for a weekday round on the club's own tariff card, rental Srixon sets on hand, booked through the site's enquiry form or faster by phone.

What we knowEverything on file, and what the sources disagreed about

CIAL Golf & Country Club is run by Cochin International Airport Limited on airport land at Nedumbassery, about 2 km from Kochi airport, and is repeatedly described (4moles, a Jan-2026 Tripadvisor reviewer) as the only 18-hole course in Kerala. GolfPass lists it at par 72 and 7,430 yards from the tips, built 2010, with Bermuda TifDwarf greens, a driving range, academy, pro shop, pool and rooms. It is genuinely pay-and-play: the official site's "Book a Tee" page takes bookings by enquiry form (it is a contact form, not a live tee-sheet, so phoning may be quicker), and a January 2026 visitor reported a weekend round with green fees, cart and rental clubs for two at roughly €70 total. Pricing does come from the club itself: its tariff page links a "golf tariff 2024" PDF that is live and lists ₹1,500 + tax (₹1,770) on weekdays, ₹2,000 + tax (₹2,360) at weekends and holidays, and ₹900 + tax (₹1,062) for a buggy, plus club and trolley hire, locker, pool and guest- room rates. That card carries no effective date and the website's copyright stamps still read 2022–2023, so the figures are as shown on the live site rather than formally dated. Directory numbers differ: 4moles matches the weekend fee exactly but understates the weekday fee (₹1,180) and the buggy (₹944), and its ₹400 caddy fee has no counterpart on the club's card at all. The Cochin Golf Club — a separate club at Bolgatty — hosts the annual Cochin Open, and its inaugural 2023 edition was played here; sources do not state where the January and December 2025 editions were held, so that connection should not be assumed for recent years.
