GolfPass lists carts, caddies, club rental, a teaching pro, a "golf school academy" and a restaurant, and classifies the club as private; it lists no driving range. Mappls independently shows the site as "Railway Golf Course", Club Road, Keshwapur (PIN 580023 against GolfPass's 580020), but the Mappls place page is now behind a sign-in wall, so the coordinates and PIN could not be re-checked and should be treated with caution. One scorecard site publishes an 18-hole, par-72, 6,301-yard card for the same club — probably the nine played as two loops, but that is a guess and the disagreement stands unresolved.
No dated public activity from 2025 or later could be found, so whether the club is currently operating cannot be confirmed. Searches across South Western Railway and Indian Railways material, government websites, the Indian Golf Union and Karnataka Golf Association club and green-fee lists (neither names this club), Wikipedia's list of golf courses in India (which does not include it), and Kannada-language local news all came back empty. The CAG's 2010 audit of golf courses on defence land covers Army courses only, so it can neither support nor refute a railway club. This remains the only course-scale golf facility documented in the Hubballi–Dharwad area.
