Royal Palms Golf & Country Club is — on paper — Greater Mumbai's only 18-hole course outside the three members' clubs: par 72, about 6,650 yards, designed by Phil Ryan, inside the 240-acre Royal Palms estate in Aarey Milk Colony, Goregaon East. In practice its golf operation is remarkably hard to document. The estate developer's own website (incorporated 1984, ISO-certified, full of real-estate detail) does not mention the golf course at all; the course details above come from an insurance-company round-up whose only date is a site-wide auto-stamp (the same "Last updated: 12-08-2026" appears on that site's Delhi page), and the only other traces are directory listings and hotel pages for the estate. Even how access works is unknown — no reachable source actually states whether it runs as a members' club or on any other terms. No green fees, phone number, timings, or any dated 2025-or-later evidence that rounds are being played could be found, so nothing confirms the course is operating today. Older traveller-forum chatter questioned the course's upkeep. A ground visit is the only way to establish what actually exists here today.
