Sushant Golf City Golf Course

Sushant Golf City is Ansal API's large township on Shaheed Path in south Lucknow, built around an 18-hole, par-72 golf course dating from around 2000. Public documentation of the course itself is surprisingly thin: the main source is an insurance-company directory page (godigit) giving the layout, a sales office address, and membership tariffs whose billing periods are ambiguous — and that page carries no real publication date, since its "last updated" line is a site-wide stamp that appears identically on the same site's Delhi page. Because an undated outside price cannot be trusted, those subscription figures are best treated as leads to check, not current rates. Ansal API's own project page does describe the township as having an 18-hole championship golf course, which supports the layout, but it is undated marketing copy from a developer whose parent has been in insolvency resolution since February 2025, so it is not evidence that the course is currently in play. No official course website, phone number, booking page or dated recent activity could be located, so nothing confirms the course is in play today — even though the township, and the fairways it is named for, clearly exist physically. Everything here should be treated as a lead to verify, not settled fact.
