Airforce Anuraksha Kaman Golf Club

The Anuraksha Kaman Golf Club is the Indian Air Force's 9-hole course at Vayusena Nagar ("Airforce City") on the western side of Nagpur, attached to the IAF's maintenance command establishments there. GolfPass lists a short par-36 nine of just under 3,000 yards with a putting green, basic rentals and a restaurant, classified private/military. That listing is not the only source: the Vidarbha Golf Association, the region's golf body, lists among Nagpur's playable courses "AKSTA, Amravati Road — 9 Holes Course; Members and Green Fees based", expanding the name as "Anurakshan Kaman Sports & Training Area" — the same facility under its formal title ("Anuraksha Kaman" is the Hindi name of the Air Force's Maintenance Command, headquartered at Nagpur). That corroborates both the course and the nine-hole count from a source with no connection to GolfPass, and it also indicates green- fee play is possible for non-members, though no rate is published. The CAG's 2010 audit of golf courses on defence land does not list Nagpur, but that table covers Army stations only and its silence is not evidence against an Air Force course. The club has no public web presence, phone number, fees or written access policy, the VGA page carries no date, and searches of Air Force and PIB channels produced no golf mention — so nothing dated confirms it is open today, though service-station courses like this typically persist.
