Fairway Golf & Lake Resort in Nava Raipur (Atal Nagar) is Chhattisgarh's flagship golf property: an 18-hole, par-69 course of 6,083 yards designed by Pacific Coast Design of Australia, laid out along Jhanjh Lake, attached to a 42-room resort. The official website is live with a working online room-booking engine and lists phones and email, so it is recorded as operating (re-verified 2026-08-24: the booking widget renders August 2026 availability, which makes the site maintained on substance rather than on its © 2025 stamp). The course's credentials are no longer just the owner's marketing copy: the PGTI brought professional golf here, staging the inaugural SECL Chhattisgarh Open Golf Championship on 25–28 February 2025 — PGTI's first-ever event in Chhattisgarh — and returning for the 2026 edition on 3–6 February 2026 with a ₹1.5 crore purse and a 126-player field, and PGTI's own event copy calls it "the first 18-hole golf course to be developed in the central part of India". What the site still does not say is how non-resident golfers get on the course — no green fees, memberships, or tee-booking method are published, and nothing states whether a round can be booked without a resort stay — so golf access is enquiry-required: phone or email the resort.
