Bahri Beautiful Country Golf & Country Club

A 9-hole executive-length resort course designed by David Hemstock (2011) at a hotel called Bahri Beautiful Country on the Kodai Ghat Road near Periyakulam, in the foothills below Kodaikanal. Mappls places it in Theni district (PIN 625203) though golf directories file it under Dindigul — the district border runs nearby. The resort itself still appears across the hotel booking platforms, and one of those listings does describe a "golf course on site", so the course is more than a single directory entry. Nothing dated confirms it is maintained or bookable today, though, and there is no owner website of any kind to check; all the golf detail (carts, caddies, rentals, a teaching pro) comes from one undated GolfPass page, whose Mappls companion listing now sits behind a sign-in wall. Note that GolfPass does not describe the course as "open to the public" — it labels access "Private/Resort", so nobody has published that a visitor can play here. If it is alive and takes outside play, it would be the only realistic pay-to-play golf on the Kodaikanal route, considerably easier of access than the members-first club up the hill.
