DDA Lake View Golf Course

DDA Lake View Golf Course (widely known as Bhalswa Golf Course) is a 9-hole pay-and-play course on 79 acres beside Bhalswa Lake in north Delhi, run by the Delhi Development Authority since 2003, with a modest membership scheme added in 2009. It has a 10-bay, 220-yard driving range plus putting and chipping practice areas, with a second practice green under development per the DDA page. Green fees are among the cheapest in the country — ₹440 for 9 holes on a weekday for a non-government Indian player, with concessional government (₹265), student (₹220) and higher foreigner (₹880) categories, all GST-inclusive. The fee table carries no effective date, board resolution or circular reference — a deliberate search for one found nothing — so the amounts are recorded as observed current on DDA's live page in August 2026 rather than as a dated schedule; the student rate is separately reproduced in a DDA sports FAQ. Sources disagree slightly on the PIN (110042 on the DDA web page and membership form vs 110043 in a DDA FAQ document). Booking is by phone or walk-in: the DDA page offers no booking link, although an undated DDA rules document for the course describes advance online tee-time booking, so a facility may exist that the public page does not surface. That same document is the only published source for playing hours (summer 05:30–19:00, winter 07:00–17:00, closed Mondays) and, being undated, should be treated as indicative.
