Digboi Golf Links
Digboi Golf Links is the oil-town course of Upper Assam — founded by the Assam Oil Company (1888 per a golf-travel blog; the PGTI says established 1930 by the British and relocated in 1943, when it became 18 holes) and today the region's serious championship course: par 72 at 6,309 yards per the PGTI (a golf-travel blog also prints 6,396 in one passage), with a WWII-era airstrip absorbed into the fifth fairway. It hosts the IndianOil SERVO Masters, a PGTI professional event, every year; the 25th edition with a record ₹1 crore purse was played here on 18–21 November 2025, per both the PGTI's launch item and a day-3 news report — clear evidence the course is active. Access, however, is a company-town club arrangement — facilities are described as for members and guests, with a club guest house (~₹1,500–2,000/night per a 2023 blog) but no published green fees, phone, email, or website.
