The anchor source is the golfpass directory entry: 9 holes, private access, practice bunker, pitching/chipping area and putting green, with two local landline numbers. Its claim of "Penncross A4 bent grass" fairways is agronomically implausible for lowland Jharkhand, which is a reason to treat the whole entry as dated database boilerplate. A September 2023 indiangolfsafari blog post names Hindustan Copper Limited / Indian Copper Complex as the operator — a plausible lead, though the post otherwise recycles the golfpass entry wholesale, Penncross claim included, so it does not count as fresh evidence.
